GROUP THERAPY
Powerful, therapist-led spaces where you explore how you connect, communicate, and relate—so you can heal the patterns that hold you back and build the kind of relationships you truly want, including with yourself.
Led by a seasoned group therapist who believes healing happens in the body and in relationship, these interpersonal groups help you explore how you relate to others in the moment—while learning to stay grounded in your truth, your body, and your worth.
Together, we’ll explore how you show up in relationships, what your body’s been holding emotionally, and how to stop performing and start connecting. We will study where anxiety, depression or old beliefs are holding you back in your relationships and in feeling healthy in your mind and body.

Interpersonal Process Group
This long-term adult group is for those interested in improving their relationships and building emotional awareness and flexibility in dealing with whatever life brings. Led by a therapist with a focus on embodied emotion, relational authenticity, and anti-oppressive practice, groups are spaces where you can let go of roles and practice showing up as your whole self.
This group is designed for deep feelers, thoughtful rebels, recovering perfectionists, and high-functioning professionals who are ready to set down the performance and explore who they are—not just what they do. Together, we’ll explore how you connect in relationships, what your body’s been holding emotionally, and how to stop surviving to live instead.
It’s important to have a place outside of your work relationships, romantic relationships, and even your individual therapy sessions to grow in. It’s too hard on important relationships to not do our own therapeutic work, but its extra hard on them when they are the only places we are doing it. And every one of us has learned patterns from our families and society that come out when we get into a group or relationship. While individual therapy definitely allows for some relational practice to occur, it happens faster when we add in group because groups mimic what happens for us in outside relationships. Process groups provide close connections that matter, with a lower stakes working environment.
In this group, you’ll:
Explore how you relate to others in real time (and what’s getting in the way)
Study the emotions that live in your body—and how to stop pushing them down
Change patterns around people-pleasing, boundaries, shame, and vulnerability
Practice self-trust, self-compassion, and authentic self-expression
Get honest feedback and emotional support in a space built on respect and depth
This group is a space to move beyond achievement and into deep connection with yourself and others—not by fixing, striving, or performing, but by learning to listen to what your body feels, what your heart wants, and what your relationships are telling you.
